Elevated Outdoors is Doug Durkee's excavation, tree removal and lawn care business, working around Glens Falls, New York. This page says what we collect from you on this website, what we do with it, and who else touches it. It is short because we do not do much with your information beyond getting back to you.

What we collect

  • Request form. Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town, the kind of job, and what you tell us about it. We use this to get back to you about the job. Sending the form does not sign you up for text messages.
  • Text messages. If you text us or agree to get texts from us, your phone number and the messages you send. Those texts are sent by Esker Designs, LLC, the registered message sender for this site, on behalf of Elevated Outdoors.
  • Site analytics. None. The site has no analytics and no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your question, give you a price, schedule the work, and follow up on the job. If you agreed to texts, we may also text you about your question, your job and scheduling. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging

Text messages from this website are sent by Esker Designs, LLC, 70 Lenord Lane, Warren, VT 05674, on behalf of Elevated Outdoors. Esker Designs, LLC holds the phone number and consent you give for texts and passes your messages to Doug.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by telling us by phone. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. The full terms are on our terms page. Questions about texting go to Esker Designs, LLC at (828) 989-1290 or sam@eskerdesigns.com.

Who else handles it

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The request forms are handled by MapMerit for Elevated Outdoors: MapMerit receives what you send and passes it to Doug. Text messaging runs on LeadConnector, under the Esker Designs, LLC account. All of them act on our instructions to deliver your message to us and ours to you. We do not use advertising trackers.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your details as long as we need them for the job and our records. Ask and we will delete what we hold about you, except what we have to keep for tax or insurance reasons.
